Message: The fellas had me in and out. They also answered any questions I had. They replaced my tire in a flash. The only thing that bwoyld have made the service better would if they did it for free! Lol.

Message: Bad experience with manager. After arriving to appointment manager keep insisting that it would take up to 8 hours to diagnose a simple problem. I knew what it was, the Technician who originally took the call said 3 hrs. Manager insisted he was right and through Technician under the bus. I don’t believe in that. Been going to this location since it opened. The Work has always been superb.

Message: On a road trip to Columbia to retrieve my parents I got a low tire pressure warning. It was end of day and everyone was closing. Called Firestone and spoke to Ashley. She asked me to come in first thing in the morning. At 7am I was at the store. Although disappointing my tire was damaged beyond repair Ashley and her crew got me taken care of in less than an hour. Very grateful.

No complaints, just be ready to be patient or leave your vehicle, they stay busy and make sure the work is completed right. The store manager Mr Elbert Turner III, is awesome, good customer service and communication is good! The technician are awesome too, especially Mr Robert, also known as Rob.

Message: My vehicle was dropped offed with little notice. It was ready the next day for pick up at the time they ?e it would be ready. They addressed all the issues and took the proper actions for each issue. They notified me of all findings. They told me all prices and even save me some money. Some of the things I asked about did not need attention because those parts were not worn. THANK YOU Guys at Two Notch Rd. Firestone for a job well done!
